CRISTINA REDONDO/OPINIÓ/TRIBUNA. El mundo se está convirtiendo a pasos agigantados en un gran campo de refugiados, y los que vivimos en países que nos permiten una vida, más o menos, estable y feliz, no nos damos cuenta de ello. Cuando tenemos todo lo necesario para vivir y tenemos la mayoría de nuestras necesidades vitales cubiertas, olvidamos que en este mundo existen personas que no disponen ni de un tercio de lo que disponemos nosotros para sobrevivir, ni siquiera la mitad de esa tercera parte.
Es cierto que podemos presenciar casos de pobreza, probablemente muy cerca de nosotros: vecinos, amigos, familiares…La crisis ha aumentado la pobreza en países considerados desarrollados. La globalización de los mercados ha provocado cambios en la economía, y como dicen los analistas económicos: los millonarios siguen creciendo, pero la pobreza también sigue aumentando y la diferencia entre ambos es cada vez más abismal, con el declive de la clase media, y su posible desaparición.
Lo curioso de toda esta situación, es que con los avances tecnológicos somos testigos en primera persona, de todo lo que está sucediendo en el mundo, mientras que nosotros continuamos viviendo con total parsimonia ante las catástrofes humanitarias. Desde cualquiera de nuestros acogedores hogares, tenemos la posibilidad de asistir al bombardeo en directo de cualquier ciudad bajo amenaza bélica, a la frontera de cualquier país en guerra, a los campos de refugiados más fríos, y así sucesivamente somos testigos de los acontecimientos que están cambiando la estabilidad del mundo. Sin embargo, seguimos sin inmutarnos ante las situaciones injustas.
Recientemente he descubierto una cuenta en Instagram bastante interesante, se trata de un fotógrafo serbio: Marko Drobnjakovic que, a través de su fotografía, difunde la gran barbarie humana que se están dando en determinados lugares del planeta. Así, a través de su fotografía podemos sentir ese “choque de realidad” tan necesario en el primer mundo. El fotógrafo Marko Drobnjakovic nos hace llegar con su foto periodismo escenas reales de los campos de refugiados, de los países es en guerra, o simplemente de las personas sin hogar que pueden estar en nuestra misma ciudad; su fotografía es un disparo directo, real, sin artificios, de manera que percibes realmente el vacío y el hecho de sentirse ignorados que todas esas personas sufren a diario. Quizás nos hagan falta más mareas humanas como la vivida en Barcelona el pasado sábado, 18 de Febrero, pidiendo un cambio en las políticas europeas de acogida de los refugiados. Quizás lo necesario sea que entendamos que lo que realmente estamos viendo a través de los medios, está pasando de verdad, y que aquello que vemos por Televisión no se trata de una serie más de ficción para entretenernos, sino que es pura vida contemporánea como la nuestra.

The world is becoming leaps and bounds in a large refugee camp, and those of us who live in countries that allow us to live, more or less, stable and happy, we do not realize it. When we have everything we need to live and we have most of our vital needs covered, we forget that in this world there are people who do not have a third of what we have to survive, not even half of that third part.
It is true that we can witness cases of poverty, probably very close to us: neighbors, friends, relatives … The crisis has increased poverty in developed countries. The globalization of markets has brought about changes in the economy, and as economic analysts say: millionaires continue to grow, but poverty is also increasing, and the gap between them is increasingly abysmal with the decline of the middle class and Its possible disappearance.
The curious thing about this situation is that with technological advances we are witnesses in first person of everything that is happening in the world, while we continue to live with total parsimony in front of all these humanitarian catastrophes. From any of our cozy homes, we have the possibility of attending the direct bombing of any city under threat of war, the border of any country at war, the colder refugee camps, and so on we witness the events that are changing the stability of the world. However, we remain unmoved by unjust situations.
I recently discovered an account in Instagram quite interesting, it is a Serbian photographer: Marko Drobnjakovic who, through his photograph, diffuses the great human barbarism that is occurring in certain places on the planet. Thus, through his photography, we can feel that “shock of reality” so necessary in the first world. The photographer Marko Drobnjakovic brings us with his photojournalism real scenes of refugee camps, countries is at war, or simply the homeless people who may be in our same city; His photograph is a direct, real shot, without artifice, so that you really perceive the emptiness and the fact of feeling ignored that all those people suffer daily. Perhaps we need more human manifestation like the one lived in Barcelona last Saturday, February 17th, calling for a change in European policies for the reception of refugees. Perhaps what is necessary is that we understand that what we are really seeing through the media, is really happening and that what we see through Television is not a fiction series just to entertain us, but is pure contemporary life like ours.
